Cucumber Yogurt Dip With Cumin

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Dannon plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 med Cucumbers peeled, seeded. and grated - (abt 3 c.)
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely-chopped red onion
  • 4 tsp Minced fresh mint
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, mint, and cumin. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Spoon the yogurt mix into a strainer lined with muslin or possibly a coffee filter. Place a bowl under the strainer to catch the liquid (whey) which drains from the yogurt. Cover and chill 12 hrs. Throw away liquid.
