Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Beef round
  • 4 x Thick slices of bacon
  • 1 x Carrot
  • 1 x Onion
  • 2 x Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar Oil Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. To dress the steak, make small incisions in the meat and insert pcs of carrot and bacon.
  2. Fry the steak till golden brown on both sides. Add in sufficient water and cook with the garlic, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper till the meat softens.
  3. Once cooked and cooled, slice the meat into strips and serve it with a salad or possibly cooked vegetables.
