Ingredientes

  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • Medium, 2 cups flour
  • 1 baking powder,
  • 250 g chunky cottage cheese
  • currants.

Direcciones

  1. Whisk eggs with sugar, gradually whisk milk and oil. Mix flour with baking powder and incorporate into the batter. Pour in greased and flour spilled a thick plate. Sprinkle with cheese and currants rinsing. Bake about 30 minutes at 180°C.
