Curried Chicken Salad with Greek fat-free plain yogurt

I use chicken from an all white meat rotisserie chicken breast and use Greek fat-free yogurt instead of mayo to make it healthier. It is good on a bed of lettuce or in pocket pita bread.

Ingredientes

  • 1 cup Greek fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups cooked & shredded chicken breast
  • lettuce
  • pita pockets

Direcciones

  1. mix yogurt, raisins, curry powder, salt & walnuts
  2. add chicken
  3. serve over a bed of lettuce or in pita pockets with lettuce on top of chicken mixture
