Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 50 gm butter
  • 1 x onions, medium
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 100 gm cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise salt, pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced

Direcciones

  1. Hard boil the Large eggs, 10 min in boiling water.
  2. Mash Large eggs finely. Heat butter in pan and add in finely minced onion. Cook till tender. Add in curry pwdr and cook another minute.
  3. Combine in a bowl Large eggs, onion, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well. Add in parsley and mix well. Spoon mix into 4 mall dishes and put covered in fridge. Serve chilled.
