Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. bottled mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt
  • 3 dsh Tabasco or possibly to taste, up to 4
  • 3/4 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or possibly to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. bottled mango chutney minced
  • 6 x hard-boiled large Large eggs minced
  • 1/4 c. finely minced celery
  • 3 x scallions minced

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the curry pwdr, the celery salt,
  2. the Tabasco, the cumin, the mustard, the lemon juice, and the chutney.
  3. Stir in the Large eggs, the celery, and the scallions and season the salad with salt and pepper.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
