Ingredientes

  • 9 hard boiled large eggs
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Cut large eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash. Mix yolks with mayonnaise and seasonings. Refill egg whites and arrange in a 10 x 16 x 1 1/2 inch glass baking dish.SAUCE: 2 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp flour, 1 (10 oz) can frzn cream of shrimp soup, 1 soup can lowfat milk, 1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbsp butter.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp butter; blend in flour. Stir in soup and lowfat milk. Cook and stir till sauce thickens. Add in cheese. Stir till melted. Cover large eggs with sauce. Mix crumbs and 2 more tbsp melted butter. Sprinkle over large eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till heated through. Garnish with parsley. Good for brunch. Serves 6-8.
