Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoon curry
  • 1 lg. can pears
  • 1 lg. can peaches
  • 1 (#2) can chunk pineapple
  • Maraschino cherries or possibly mandarin oranges, if you like

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter, add in sugar and curry, drain fruit, top with butter. Mix. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. (Can be done several days ahead and reheated in 350 degree oven for 30 min). Serve hot.
