Ingredientes

  • 3 c. brown rice, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. red kidney beans, cooked
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • Dash of freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Toss to mix. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, curry pwdr and black pepper. Blend thoroughly with rice/bean mix. Yield: 6 servings. Approximately 145 calories per serving.
