Ingredientes

  • 1 x 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. celery, finely minced
  • 1 sm cucumber, peeled with seeds removed and finely minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together, add in celery and cucumbers and stir. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables or possibly crusty bread.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use low fat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
