Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp. Jamaican curry pwdr
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic

Direcciones

  1. Wash chicken; pat dry. Cut into thin strips, approximately 3 inches long each. Mix curry pwdr, flour, salt, pepper in bag. Place chicken strips in bag. Shake seasonings onto chicken strips.
  2. Peel garlic, crush. Heat 1 tsp. of butter in frying pan. Add in 1 clove of garlic to melting butter. When melted completely, place chicken strips and cook till golden. Continue to add in melted butter and garlic to frying pan till all chicken is cooked.
  3. Gravy: When all pcs are cooked and removed from pan, add in 1 c. of water to pan. (Don't remove pan drippings.) When boiling, add in chicken pcs and simmer 3-5 min. Serve over bed of rice.
