- In a medium saucepan, heat butter. Add in green pepper, curry, flour and red pepper. Stir constantly 1 minute. Blend in lowfat milk, water and soup mix. Simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add in shrimp, peas and chutney. Simmer till heated through. Serve with white rice. Extra condiments can include peanuts, coconut, raisins and extra chutney.
