Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. White flour, unbleached
  • 3 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, cut into quarters
  • 3 Tbsp. Ice water, 3-6 tbsp.

Direcciones

  1. Blend the whole wheat flour, the white flour and the curry pwdr for 8 seconds. Add in cream cheese quarters one at a time till blended. Add in water slowly till a dough consistency forms. Wrap the dough in waxed paper or possibly plastic wrap. Chill for one hour. After refrigerating, roll out dough between two pcs of waxed paper to fit a 9-inch pan. Peel off the top piece of waxed paper and turn pastry side down into the pie pan. Remove the second piece of waxed paper and press the pastry dough into the pan. Trim and decorate.
