Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Turkey, minced cooked
  • 1 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr,
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 4 x Green onions, minced
  • 4 x Celery stalks, minced thin
  • 1 lb Fresh pea pods, snipped
  • 1 x Sweet red pepper, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch,
  • 1 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Heat a nonstick wok or possibly skillet. Add in the turkey, curry pwdr, soy sauce, and onions. Saute/fry till the turkey is heated, about 2 min. Add in the celery, pea pods and pepper. Stir-fry another 3 to 4 min. Add in the cornstarch which has been dissolved in the water.
  2. Cook just till the liquid thickens.
