Receta Custard Corn Bread

Ingredientes

3/4 c. white corn meal 1/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 c. plus 2 teaspoon lowfat milk 1 egg 2 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

1. Sift corn meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking pwdr together. Stir in lowfat milk and well-beaten egg. Heat butter in 8-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan. Just before closing oven door, pour 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk over top. Don't STIR.
2. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
