Ingredientes

  • 24 ounce. cottage cheese, sm. curd (or possibly Farmers cheese)
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • Good dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs well with the sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and cottage cheese. Stir in lowfat milk and pour into a unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or possibly may take a little longer.
