- Form 8 individual pyramid stacks with 4 slices of bread for each pyramid. Butter glass baking dish large sufficient to hold bread stacks. Brush bread with melted butter.Make Custard: In large mixing bowl, beat large eggs and egg yolks till creamy. Whisk in sugar, vanilla, cream and lowfat milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour custard over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 min before serving with raspberry sauce, powdered sugar and garnished with fresh raspberries.
- Raspberry Sauce: Blend 1 package frzn raspberries and 1 package frzn strawberries in blender till a pureed mix is formed. Add in a little sugar to taste. Serve slightly warmed oven French Toast Pyramids.
