Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. lowfat milk, scalded
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Beat the Large eggs. Add in the sugar, salt, scalded lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Strain the mix and pour into 6 custard c. of 4 oz capacity. Fill about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Place the c. in a pan and pour boiling water in it to a depth of 1 inch. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. When the custard is done, a silver knife should be clean when withdrawn from the center of it.
  2. Temperature 350 degrees.
  3. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  4. Yield: 6 servings.
