Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
  • 2-3 tbsp. Crisco
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 c. water
  • 2-3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Disjoint chicken into serving pcs. Brown in shortening. Add in water to cover and salt. Simmer. Cook about 45 min or possibly till done.
  2. In the meantime, make dumplings. When done, remove chicken. Thicken gravy with flour, and add in lowfat sour cream and paprika. Add in dumplings. This can be frzn and reheated.
