Ingredientes

  • 6 x -(up to)
  • 8 x Chicken halves, -or possibly-
  • 12 x -(up to)
  • 14 x Chicken breasts
  • 6 x Lemons, juice of
  • 6 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 lb Butter (not margarine)

Direcciones

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together and simmer for 30 min. Place chicken on gas or possibly charcoal grill and cook over low heat. Baste and turn chicken frequently till done.
  2. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
