- Place all ingredients into bread pan, except raisins, in the order listed. Add in raisins at fruit signal or possibly during second knead cycle. Use basic bread setting.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Helpful Hints: For a sweet treat, top the bread with a simple glaze made from 1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar and 3 Tbsp. of water.
- Comments: This makes a wonderfully rich, moist raisin bread which the whole family will enjoy. Use the delay timer and enjoy fresh warm raisin bread for breakfast.
