Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. liquid non-dairy creamer at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil or possibly vegetable oil
  • 3 c. Eagle Mills Best Loaf Bread Machine Flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients into bread pan, except raisins, in the order listed. Add in raisins at fruit signal or possibly during second knead cycle. Use basic bread setting.
  2. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Helpful Hints: For a sweet treat, top the bread with a simple glaze made from 1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar and 3 Tbsp. of water.
  4. Comments: This makes a wonderfully rich, moist raisin bread which the whole family will enjoy. Use the delay timer and enjoy fresh warm raisin bread for breakfast.
