Ingredientes

  • Miriam Weber
  • 10 x -12 Iarge Mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. white beans
  • 1/4 c. barley
  • 1/2 c. minced carrots
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 quart Water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk Dill, optional

Direcciones

  1. Wash and slice mushrooms. Add in to boiling water along with the beans, barley, carrots, celery, salt and 1/2 Tbsp. butter. Cook covered for 1 hour, stirring every 20 min. Heat the remainder of the butter in a frying pan.
  2. Saute/fry onions. Add in flour and stir. Add in lowfat milk, making a smooth white sauce. After 1 hour, add in sauce. Adjust seasoning and garnish with dill.
