Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. Cornmeal
  • 1 c. Quick oats - uncooked
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 x Large eggs- lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut butter- smooth, (3 to 4)
  • 2 Tbsp. Your favorite nutritional supplement, (2 to 3)

Direcciones

  1. INSTRUCTIONS Combine peanut butter, warm water, oil, and Large eggs in a bowl. Mix till smooth. Set aside. Combine flour, cornmeal, and oats in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour the bowl of the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix well with hand mixer till dough forms. Knead dough on a floured board till no longer sticky.
  2. Add in flour as needed. Roll out dough to inch thickness. Cut into shape with a floured bone shape cookie cutter. Place on a lightly greased or possibly non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till hard to the touch. Remove from oven and let cold till hard.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (dough can be frzn for later use)
