Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Soda bread self raising flour
  • 2 dsp spring onion, finely minced
  • 2 dsp parsley, finely minced
  • 1 x Onion, finely minced
  • 55 gm Cheddar cheese, grated Salt and pepper
  • 280 ml Lowfat milk and water, mixed

Direcciones

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl and add in the minced spring onion, parsley, onion, grated cheese and seasoning. Mix well, then add in the mixed lowfat milk and water and combine till it forms a soft dough.
  2. Knead lightly, then shape into a flat round, and placed on a floured baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20-25 min at 200C/400F/gas 6.
