Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. finely crushed zwieback (14 slices)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 16 ounce applesauce
  • 1/2 c. light whipping cream chilled

Direcciones

  1. Combine zwieback crumbs with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon applesauce into 1 quart souffle or possibly baking dish. Top with crumb mix. Place baking dish in crock pot. Cover pot and cook on low for 3 or possibly 4 hrs. Serve hot or possibly chilled. Whip cream; spoon on pudding.
