Receta Dark Chocolate Blackberry Jam Cookies

Ingredientes

  • One thing I did not have was cherry jam (which Joy used), but I did have lots of blackberry jam on hand. (I used freezer jam for this recipe.)
  • Dark Chocolate Chip Blackberry Jam Cookies
  • Slightly adapted from Joy the Baker
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour (I used a fine whole-wheat flour.)
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1/4 t. fine sea salt
  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 2/3 c. white sugar
  • 1 farm fresh egg
  • 2 T. 2% milk
  • 1/2 t. almond extract
  • 1/4 cup of blackberry preserves (I used freezer jam.)
  • 1 pkg. dark chocolate chips
