This was very involved and a lot of work. Very beautiful and worth the effort. 7 layers....
Crispy base, Jaconde sponge (outside), raspberry jam, mango puree insert,chocolate roulade, mousse, chocolate roulade, mousse
and topped with shiny chocolate glaze....
