Ingredientes

  • 6 x Ripe Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1 sm Avocado
  • 4 ounce Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 c. Frzn Corn, thawed
  • 1 x Lime Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Tortilla Chips

Direcciones

  1. Coarsely chop the tomato and finely chop the onion. Pit the avocado and cut into cubes. Place the tomatoes, onions, and avocados into a bowl.
  2. Drain the chilies and add in to the bowl. Add in the corn to the bowl and stir lightly. Add in the juice of the lime into the bowl, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir lightly, mixing well. Allow to stand at room temperature for 30 min. Serve with tortilla chips.
