Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Self raising flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
  • 6 ounce Margarine
  • 6 ounce Light golden brown soft sugar
  • 3 lrg Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Treacle
  • 4 ounce Dry minced dates

Direcciones

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180C. Lightly oil a 2lb loaf tin. Sift the flour, baking pwdr and cinnamon into a bowl.
  2. Put the margarine and sugar in a food processor, whizz till light and fluffy. Add in the Large eggs and treacle, whizz again for a few seconds.
  3. Add in the sifted dry ingredients and whizz again. Add in the dates and pulse for a few seconds till just combined.
  4. Spoon into tin. Smooth the surface and cook for 45 min - 1 hour or possibly till a skewer when inserted comes out clean.
