Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Trimmed cucumbers,3 quarts -- Sliced 1 mm
  • 1/2 lb Green peppers, 2 c. -- Sliced 1 mm
  • 1 lb Onions, 1 quart -- sliced 1 mm (Total about 4 quarts)
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt -- about

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle all with salt. Allow to sit for 1 hour. Rinse and drain well.
  2. Bring to full boil: 6 c. cider vinegar 6 c. sugar 2 sticks cinnamon 1 Tablespoons turmeric (maybe less) 4 t mustard seed 1 Tablespoons salt
  3. Add in vegetables to boiling liquid and return to boil. Cook 1-2 min.
  4. Place in pint jars and process 10 min at simmer.
