Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Naturalea Plain Unsweetened lowfat yoghurt
  • 1 x telegraph cucumber, grated
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped (2 to 3)
  • 20 x fresh mint leaves, minced finely
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x lemon, Juice of
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp grnd coriander Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Squeeze the grated cucumber in a tea towel to remove the excess liquid.
  2. Fold in a bowl with all the other ingredients, adding salt to taste.
  3. Cover and chill until needed. (It is best eaten on the day it is made).
