Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. backfin crabmeat or possibly Sea Legs Supreme
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. half and half cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Place crab meat in 2 qt baking dish. Heat butter and stir in flour. Slowly add in half and half and cook over medium heat till thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally with a wire whisk. Add in sherry, salt, pepper and Old Bay. Mix well. Remove from heat and pour over crab. Mix gently. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min till browned and bubbly. Serves 6.
