Ingredientes

  • 2 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4-4 1/2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Stir yeast into hot water and add in sugar, oil and salt. Stir in 3 c. flour.
  2. For a crispier crust, use a mix of half wheat flour and half white flour. Gradually add in the rest of the flour. Knead till soft. Let rise 5 min. Brush pizza pan with extra virgin olive oil. Roll out dough. Bake at 350 degrees till almost done, then add in filling and finish cooking.
