Deep Dish Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/3 c. each firmly packed brown sugar & granulated sugar
  • 1 c. cool butter
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sweet potatoes (2 c.)
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon each allspice and salt

Direcciones

  1. In bowl combine flour and sugars, cut in butter till crumbly. Add in nuts. Reserving 1 c. crumb mix, press remainder firmly on bottom and half way up sides of 12 x 7 inch baking dish.
  2. In large bowl beat potatoes, lowfat milk, Large eggs and spice. Pour into prepared dish. Top with crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min or possibly till golden. Chill leftovers.
