Receta Deep Fried Apple Fritters

- Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the lowfat milk, egg, butter and vanilla. Stir both mixtures together. Add in orange juice, rind and apples. Mix well. Drop from a tsp. into deep warm fat at 400 degrees for about 2 min or possibly till crisp and very brown. Remove from fat and drain. Dust with powdered sugar or possibly a mix of sugar and cinnamon. Serve at once.
- Makes approximately 30 fritters.
