Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) Rouge et Noir Camembert or possibly Brie cheese
  • Flour
  • Large eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil

  1. Have the cheese very cool. (You may even use it frzn slightly.) Cut in small wedges and lightly coat with flour. Dip each wedge in slightly beaten egg and coat in fine bread crumbs. Chill several hrs before frying. Fry in 1 1/2 inches of very warm oil (385 degrees) about 1 1/2 min or possibly till golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm as an appetizer or possibly as a light dessert with your favorite jam.
