Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Catfish fillets
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Grnd mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/2 c. Corn flour
  • 3/4 c. Corn meal
  • 2 quart Light veg. or possibly peanut oil

Direcciones

  1. Thoroughly dry fish fillets. Mix Large eggs, mustard, salt, white pepper, and red pepper well. Place fish in mix and refrigeratefor 1 to 2 hrs. Mix corn flour and corn meal. Remove fish from egg mix and dust lightly with flour mix, shaking off excess. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Drop fish into oil and fry till fish floats and is light golden, 4 to 6 min.
