Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 sht puff pastry
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs salt, pepper
  • 500 ml vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Soft boil the Large eggs (3 min).
  2. Carefully peel shell from Large eggs. Dry well and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut pastry into 4 equal squares large sufficient to completely enclose egg. Wrap each egg in pastry and squeeze together to seal. Trim loose edges.
  4. Coat in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep-fry in warm oil and serve.
