Ingredientes

  • 24 x sardines, fresh
  • 1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. parsley, minced
  • 4 clv garlic, crushed salt, pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour, plain
  • 500 ml vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Clean sardines and rinse well. Pat dry.
  2. Heat butter, combine with breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley. Season well.
  3. Stuff sardines with mix and healthy pinch together the opening, roll in seasoned flour and deep fry in warm oil for 2-3 min.
  4. Drain well and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
