Meat strips from 3 or possibly 4 suckers Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
1 c. flour
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
1 tsp garlic pwdr Peanut oil for deep frying
Direcciones
Season the fish strips with salt and pepper. Combine flour, Bisquick, cornmeal and seasonings. Dredge the strips in this mix, and fry quickly in peanut oil heated to 375 degrees.
