Ingredientes

  • Sweet-and-pungent sauce
  • 1 lb Lean beef
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 x Clove garlic Cornstarch Oil for deep-frying

Direcciones

  1. Prepare a sweet-and-pungent sauce (see recipes "Sweet-and-Pungent Sauce
  2. #1" or possibly #2, and/or possibly Typical Combinations or possibly Possible Combinations).
  3. Cut beef in 1/2-inch cubes. Beat egg; mince garlic and add in.
  4. Dip beef in egg mix; then dredge lightly in cornstarch to coat.
  5. Meanwhile, heat oil.
  6. Add in beef cubes, several at a time, and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on paper toweling.
  7. Reheat sweet-and-pungent sauce. Stir in beef cubes only to heat through.
