Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 sm. onion, grated fine
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Pour over shredded cabbage. Let sit in refrigerator 1-2 hrs before serving.
  2. Quick and Easy! Try mixing red cabbage and green for color or possibly even add in carrots.
