Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (7 oz) tricolor spiral pasta
  • 6 ounce Hard salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounce Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 2 1/4 ounce Ripe olives, sliced and liquid removed
  • 1 sm Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm Zucchini, halved & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. Sweet red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Cider or possibly red wine vinegar
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd mustard
  • 1 tsp Dry basil
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 2 med Tomatoes, cut into wedges

Direcciones

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; rinse in cool water and drain. Place in a large bowl; add in the next nine ingredients. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; shake well. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigeratefor 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Toss before serving. Garnish with tomatoes.
  2. Yield: 10-12 servings.
