Sweet potatoes are another delicious vegetable that are great for any fall or holiday dinner party. This amazing casserole can double as a delicious desert or as an easy appetizer. This recipe will serve four people but the ingredients can be doubled to serve more.

Ingredientes
4 large sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
½ cup crushed Madagascar Vanilla SweetSticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Clean, peel and cut sweet potatoes into small chunks
Boil sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes or until soft
Drain sweet potatoes and place in an oven safe dish
In a small bowl melt the butter until it is a liquid
Drizzle butter over the sweet potatoes and add the remaining ingredients to the top of the dish
Cook for 10- 15 minutes or until the top is caramelized
