Receta Delicious fridge tart
Sweet and sour delicacy, ideal for reselling or own tea party.

- Rinse out 3 glass or aluminium loaf pans
- Dissolve the jelly with 1/2 boiling water, and the reserved juice
- According to the directions, cool.
- Wisk the chilled condensed milk until it becomes thick and creamy
- Layer the biscuits to form the crust, both bottom and sides
- Add a layer of custard
- Make a layer of bisciits
- Spread a layer of condensed milk mixture
- Place a few pieces of fruit, here and there
- Sprinkle a few broken nuts among them
- Repeat biscit layer
- Repeat with the rest of the custard
- Layer biscuits
- Add final layer of condensed milk mixture
- Refrigerate until set.
- Whisk cream, gelatine and fine sugar until thick, fill a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice
- Halve cherries
- Pipe rosettes on the surface of the tart
- Place more fruit pieces among the rosettes
- Decorate with cherries, nuts and chocolate curls using your potato peeler ending off with a light sprinkling of roasted coconut
- Rerefrigerate to allow the cream to stay solid (the gelatine will ensure that the cream doesn't melt while travelling.)
