- Crumble bread into lowfat milk. Add in all remaining ingredients except meat. Mix well with fork. Add in meat and mix well (hands work best). Shape into letters, symbols or possibly shapes in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with ketchup and paprika. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees making sure which internal temperature is at least 185 degrees when loaf is nearly done.
