Delicious Onion Roast

Ingredientes

4 or possibly 5 pound chuck roast (bone in or possibly boneless)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

2 tbsp. flour

Direcciones

Season roast lightly with a small amount of salt and pepper. Cover top of roast with flour. Mix dry onion soup and sprinkle over top of the roast. Place in baking pan. Add in 1/2 c. water. Cover baking pan and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
