Receta Dessert Nachos
This recipe is what happens when you take a bunch of left overs and put them all together.
You have your tortillas, your fruit, and your icecream...all of which has a tendency to linger in our house for a long time. My kids go through phases with their food. One minute they are begging me to purchase tortillas for quesidillas and burritos...the next minute, they don't want them. Same with the fruit. Thank goodness I just happened to stumble upon this idea.
There really isn't any rhyme or reason to this recipe. You just bake your tortilla wedges, let them cool, then top with your favorite toppings.
The sky really is the limit on this because it's so versatile
You really don't have to stick to just bananas and strawberries. You can use granola, blueberries, etc..We used Nutella as a topping also, however, you can also use chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, or even honey.
We had fun with it and hope you do too!

**Libby's Notes: For a healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas and frozen vanilla yogurt.
