Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Lump crabmeat, picked over
  • 1 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Finely minced celery
  • 3/4 c. Finely minced onions
  • 1/4 c. Snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced sweet red peppers
  • 1 tsp Mustard pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Light margarine
  • 2 x Red pepper rings, (garnish) Lemon slices, (garnish)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, toss the crabmeat, cracker crumbs, celery, onions, parsley, minced peppers, mustard, grnd red pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Divide the mix among six 1-c. custard c.. Dot each with the margarine and bake at 350 degrees till the tops are golden brown, about 30 min. Garnish with the pepper rings and lemon slices.
