Ingredientes

  • 6 x Hard boiled Large eggs Salt 'n pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Colman's Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dry dill weed, (optional)
  • 1/2 c. Mayo, (depends on how runny you like the filling)

Direcciones

  1. Cut Large eggs in half. Place whites on the aserving dish. Mash the yolks in a small bowl till fine. Add in dry ingredients and then the mayo. (I usually add in more.)
  2. Spoon filling into the egg whites. Some people use a fancy cake decorator to fill the whites to add in a festive touch. For an added touch, you can sprinkle extra dill weed or possibly paprika on top for garnish.
  3. Chill till time to serve.
